Coach Kimberly
In early 2020 Coach Kimberly started at Lone Wolf as a member looking for a way to better her health and lose weight.
With following eating guidelines and committing to her cardio kickboxing classes she lost almost 70lbs in 8 short months.
Along with her weight loss and becoming a healthier version of herself she found her true passion for kickboxing and helping others on their health journeys landing her a kickboxing coach position since 2021.
Through her dedication to helping others and always trying to be 1%better daily ,she became the head Cardio Kickboxing Coach in 2023. "I love waking up everyday and being eager to go workout, it’s not just a gym it’s a community"
